The ideal candidate is a proven talent acquisition leader with deep expertise in identifying, engaging, and hiring passive engineering talent through direct sourcing and headhunting techniques rather than relying primarily on traditional job boards.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer closure for specialized engineering and technical roles
- Develop and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies for niche engineering skill sets across BFG and MSG
- Build talent pipelines through direct market mapping, competitive intelligence, networking, referrals, technical communities, open-source ecosystems
- Partner with engineering leaders to understand business priorities, product roadmaps, and workforce plans and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- Provide leadership with market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and emerging skill requirements
