- Define Future‑Facing User Experiences
- Translate marketing requirements into UI architecture, UX flows, interaction models, and functional specifications. Own the design intent throughout implementation
- Mentorship & Technical Leadership
- Guide junior UI engineers, promote best practices, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in UI engineering and UX design
