About the role
The Creative Lead (Team Lead/AM, Creatives) is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality creative assets across print, digital, and video formats while supporting coordination and alignment between India-based design teams and US stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Develop original designs that align with brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between India and US teams, helping clarify briefs, timelines, feedback, and expectations
- Present design concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders as needed
- Attend feedback sessions, consolidate inputs, and ensure revisions are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Provide guidance and mentorship to India design team and support task prioritization within the India design team
