Maintenance Section Head – Assembly Line Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Section Head to lead the maintenance operations of the Assembly Line . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/electronic engineering and hands-on experience in maintaining complex assembly line equipment.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage maintenance activities for assembly line equipment
• Ensure high equipment uptime and quick response to breakdowns
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
• Implement and monitor safety systems , including LOTO, work permits, and confined space protocols
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
