Carry out breakdown and preventive maintenance of Twin Screw Pumps as per schedule Carry out de-choking of pumps and restore to normal operation with minimum downtime Arrest all leakages in Twin Screw Pump systems promptly and effectively Carry out rotation checks to ensure correct direction and smooth operation
What you'll do
- Perform mechanical seal replacement and ensure leak-free pump operation
- Execute screw shaft overhauling including dismantling, inspection, and reassembly
- Perform coupling alignment using dial gauge / laser alignment tools
- Conduct daily safety checks, piping inspection, and leakage detection on all pump systems
- Perform lubrication of pump bearings and rotating components as per lubrication schedule
