About the role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable Floor Associate to ensure the seamless day-to-day operations of our classrooms and learning spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for classroom readiness, basic technical support, inventory management, and operational coordination to provide a smooth and uninterrupted learning experience for both faculty and students.
What you'll do
- 1.Ensure that all classrooms are clean, well-organized, and ready before each session
- 3.Assist faculty and students with any immediate technical support or classroom logistics
- 4.Perform routine formatting and documentation work (MS Word, Excel, PDFs, etc.) as instructed by the operations or academic team
- 5.Monitor classroom activities to ensure adherence to institute guidelines
- 6.Report any technical or maintenance issues promptly to the concerned department
