Junior Campus Outreach Executive – Field Sales & Admissions

About the role

We are looking for a target-oriented Field Sales professional to expand LeadIAS Junior's presence across colleges in North Kerala . The role involves regular college visits, meeting college authorities and students, conducting seminars, generating leads, following up with prospective students, and converting leads into admissions .

What you'll do

• Visit colleges and build relationships with college authorities and student coordinators
• Identify new colleges and develop campus partnerships
• Conduct seminars, career guidance sessions, and student awareness programs
• Generate student leads and convert them into admissions
• Follow up with students and college contacts regularly
