About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and highly responsible Mentors who can effectively engage school students through interactive online sessions. Mentors will play a crucial role in guiding students to develop robust thinking skills, enhance social awareness, and cultivate intellectual curiosity. Acting as facilitators, Mentors will lead discussions, encourage active participation, and provide unwavering support for students’ personal and academic growth.
What you'll do
- Conduct engaging online live sessions tailored for school students (Grades 5-12)
- Assist students in mastering note-making techniques, refining analytical thinking, and improving communication proficiency
- Establish and manage student engagement platforms, such as WhatsApp groups, to foster a collaborative learning environment
- Proactively follow up with absent students to ensure consistent participation and engagement
- Serve as a motivational mentor figure, inspiring students and supporting them throughout their learning journey
