About the role
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to ensure that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, maintaining quality documentation, and coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects.
What you'll do
- Implement and monitor the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plan
- Inspect civil construction activities, including concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works
- Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable IS codes
- Conduct inspections at various stages of construction and coordinate with clients and consultants for inspection approvals
- Verify the quality of construction materials and ensure testing is conducted as per project requirements
