About the role
The Senior Service Engineer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive after‑sales support for 3‑phase electrical and digital systems across Karnataka. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization of installed equipment, as well as acting as the primary service coordinator for the 1Ph department.
What you'll do
- Responsible for delivering comprehensive after‑sales support for 3‑phase electrical and digital systems across Karnataka
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and field teams to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold NEDS’s high standards of service excellence
- Provide on‑site and remote troubleshooting for 3‑phase systems post‑sale
- Coordinate service schedules, dispatch technicians, and track job progress
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on electrical and digital equipment
