About the role
We are looking for a Manager – FP&A who can independently own end-to-end FP&A projects, drive automation of recurring MIS and reporting workflows, and proactively identify opportunities for process and analytical improvement. This role requires a strong blend of technical rigor (financial modeling, data automation) and business acumen (translating numbers into decisions), and is expected to operate with high ownership and minimal supervision.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of FP&A projects — budgeting/AOP, monthly MIS, forecasting, and variance analysis — with minimal oversight
- Identify, scope, and drive automation of manual reporting and reconciliation processes (Excel/BI tools) to improve turnaround time and accuracy
- Proactively propose and initiate new analytical projects that improve decision-making speed or quality for leadership
- Partner with business and cross-functional teams (Accounts, Business Ops, Product etc) to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure data integrity
- Build and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, unit economics) to support strategic and operational decisions
