About the role
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support hiring for the SSG Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through social media recruiting, advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, and market research across technical and business functions.
What you'll do
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, social media platforms, talent communities, and professional networks
- Execute advanced Boolean and X-Ray searches to identify hard-to-find talent
