About the role
We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to own hiring across Engineering, Product, and Data at Lenskart. This is an individual contributor role, you'll work closely with hiring managers, run your own requisitions, and be responsible for closures.
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across SDE, Product Management, Data Science, and Design from JD creation to offer rollout
- Source actively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, referrals
- Work directly with engineering and product leaders to understand what they actually need and set realistic hiring timelines
- Coordinate interviews, handle feedback loops, and make sure the process doesn't drag for candidates or interviewers
- Track on TAT, funnel drop-offs, source mix and use them to course-correct
