About the role
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to help raise the engineering bar for the entire technology stack at Level AI, including applications, platform and infrastructure. They will actively collaborate with team members and the wider Level AI engineering community to develop highly scalable and performant systems.

- Design and build highly scalable and low-latency distributed systems to process large-scale real-time data
- Drive best-in class engineering practices through the software development lifecycle
- Drive operational excellence for critical services that need to have high uptime
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders within and outside engineering to create technical plans to deliver on important business goals
