About the role
5-8 years of SAP experience across implementation, enhancement delivery, integration, automation, or production support. Foundational process knowledge in one or more areas such as SAP FICO, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Direct-to-Consumer, customer or vendor master data, sales, billing, receivables, or payables.
What you'll do

- Help support and improve SAP-based automation solutions across Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Direct-to-Consumer, and master-data processes
- Assist with requirements, testing, monitoring, documentation, and resolution of routine production issues
- Assist with documenting business processes, rules, exception scenarios, controls, data mappings, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Collaborate with SAP ABAP, BTP, AI, workflow, integration, Fiori, and automation teams during design, testing, release, cutover, and post-release support
