- Lead daily production support and operations for the BCOM platform while serving as the senior technical authority for BCOM support in India
- Partner with SAP, AEM, middleware, and e-commerce teams to ensure platform stability, incident resolution, knowledge management, and continuous improvement
- Help build a durable support organisation focused on reliability, operational excellence, and business continuity
- Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and problem management activities for critical BCOM issues while coordinating with SAP and middleware teams
