About the role
5–8 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Warehouse Management Systems; working experience with Manhattan WMoS and/or Manhattan Active WMS is mandatory. Experience supporting distribution operations in large-scale B2B and B2C environments; global retail or apparel experience preferred.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and support solutions across WMS environments for owned and operated DCs and 3PL partners
- Support labor-related integrations and analytics leveraging Manhattan LMS and UKG Pro workforce management systems
- Build and maintain operational reporting and analytics using Manhattan SCI and enterprise data platforms
- Develop and support integrations between WMS, SAP AFS / S4 HANA, and downstream systems using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and event-based patterns
- Work with XML, JSON, and EDI data formats to enable reliable, scalable system integrations
