- Supervise and manage a workforce of 100+ delivery riders and 30+ hub staff
- Build a motivated, high-performing team through structured training
- Drive engagement by maintaining open communication, resolving conflicts
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for riders and hub staff as per
- Conduct interviews, induction, and on-the-job training for new team members
