What you'll do
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements across customer, vendor
- Handle SaaS, software licensing, cloud, payment gateway and data protection
- Advise on logistics, warehousing, service, partnership and NDA agreements
- Provide legal support on confidentiality, information security and other
- Handle and manage the IP portfolio for the company and it’s subsidiaries
