What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of live sheep and goats in line
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly procurement plans based on slaughterhouse
- Ensure consistent availability of livestock while meeting sourcing volume and
- Identify opportunities to optimize live animal purchase cost per kg without
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop reliable livestock suppliers
