As the HR Manager for India and the Middle East, this role serves as the regional subject-matter expert responsible for guiding, advising, and influencing business leaders across both regions. Reporting directly to the Director, People, this position ensures an aligned HR plan that balances global priorities with local market realities.

- Create and maintain a structured, high-touch onboarding experience for all regional new hires
- Provide advice, information, and support to local leadership, acting as a trusted counsel on all employee relations and operational matters
