Associate- Communications

About the role

This role supports the Corporate Communications function at Lennox, contributing to both internal and external communication initiatives . The Post Graduate Trainee will assist in executing communication strategies through content creation, social media support, and intranet management , while partnering with HR, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Support creation and distribution of internal communication materials (newsletters, announcements, leadership messages)
• Partner with HR and business teams to communicate initiatives, programs, and updates effectively
• Ensure alignment with brand voice, tone, and communication standards across channels
• Assist in planning and executing employee communication campaigns
• External Communications & Social Media
