About the role
The Manager – Data & Analytics Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership for the function responsible for supporting, monitoring, governing, and continuously improving enterprise analytics platforms and reporting solutions. The role is accountable for service reliability, team performance, stakeholder outcomes, operational risk, and the transition of analytics operations to modern cloud platforms.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end operating model and service outcomes for analytics platforms, dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting solutions
- Drive prevention of recurring production issues by ensuring effective root cause analysis, remediation ownership, control improvements, and lessons learned
- Lead workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, capability development, coaching, and engagement for the analytics operations team
