Subject Matter Expert – Healthcare & Social Assistance (Nepali) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking experienced healthcare and social assistance professionals to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in Nepali for the Indian region. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will help create and review realistic healthcare administrative and clinical scenarios that reflect real-world patient care, hospital operations, and healthcare system management.

What you'll do

• Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Nepali reflecting Indian clinical and administrative settings (e.g., patient intake, care coordination
• Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations
• Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality
• Contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety
• Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in Indian healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations
