About the role
Maintenance of all operational equipment’s. Carry out routine breakdown and annual maintenance as per requirement. Coordination with vendors for timely maintenance; AMC and installation of new machines. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
What you'll do
- Responsible for ensuring high reliability, availability, and compliance of all infrastructure, equipment, and utilities supporting R&D operations in the seed industry
- Maintain important spare parts in inventory to avoid any work loss due to breakdown
- Train the team on the processes & safety practices
- Manage the performance of his area of operation by regular tracking of his KPIs
- Follow Permit system and LOTO during any Maintenance activities
