Warehouse Manager

About the role

1.Provides overall direction to the Reception, Inventory, Dispatch, Sales return , bulking , Non-Seed and Plant QC team and implements strategy in collaboration with the Plant Head. 2.Responsible for Service Level Agreement targets for the Reception as well as On time dispatch with Zero deviations.

What you'll do

• Responsible for organizing deliveries, storage and dispatches of goods within the Warehouse or Distribution center or to the direct Customer
• Responsible for Service Level Agreement targets for the Reception as well as On time dispatch with Zero deviations
• Stock Taking : Cycle count twice in year for both Seed and Non-Seed. Also, Blind count on monthly basis
• Supervising Daily Warehouse activities, including Quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping
