About the role
You'll work hands-on with AWS and Linux production systems, improve CI/CD pipelines, automate operational tasks, and keep customer environments reliable and secure. We're looking for someone who can troubleshoot a production issue, improve how software is deployed, and automate recurring work to reduce manual effort and prevent problems.
What you'll do
- AWS and production operations
- Manage AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC networking
- Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and infrastructure costs
- Troubleshoot Linux, application, database, networking, DNS, and SSL/TLS issues
- Manage backups and test restoration and disaster-recovery procedures
