What you'll do
- Drives continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs
- Facilitates requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and current-state processes
- Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria
- Governs requirements to ensure they remain current, aligned, and consistent at all levels
- Maps business processes, data flows, and source-to-target or source-to-report relationships
