About the role
Experienced MEPF Cost Estimation & Quantity Surveying professional with strong expertise in preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, tender documentation, and commercial evaluations for Oil & Gas projects.
What you'll do
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs based on drawings, specifications, and available project information
- Develop bottom-up and top-down cost estimates aligned with project scope and stage
- Prepare rate analysis and build-up for materials, labor, plant, and equipment
- Electrical and ELV systems
- Conduct rate benchmarking against similar projects and historical data
