About the role
Transmission and Distribution Division includes teams working on different industries –Power T&D team. The Power T&D team is presently working on projects in the UK , USA, Canada , Australia and ME The Power T&D team is looking for experienced engineers in HV Plant /Substations discipline, as we look to grow the team in line with business requirements.
What you'll do
- Design basis, feasibility report , technical reports etc
- Complete design calculations – LVAC & DC System Sizing, CT & VT adequacy checks, Cable Sizing etc
- Contribute to Tendering activities by supporting with preliminary design documentation & drawings, Bill of Quantities, Engineering Man Hour Estimates etc
- Providing support for bids, cost estimation, preparation of tender documents etc
- Mentoring other engineers and help them become better engineers
