About the role
We combine AtkinsRéalis project management expertise and Hitachi Energy’s deep technological knowledge to create a company dedicated to substations – we are Linxon! The purpose of the role is to provide a continuous verification and analysis of the complete Linxon prequalified vendors globally, identifying potential risks and keeping Linxon vendor list updated after the prequalification process has been successfully completed.
What you'll do
- Analyze and perform Vendor Risk assessment check in SAP Ariba
- Updating and Maintaining Complete Vendor List and to ensure completion of Vendor onboarding process before placing PO
- Perform Periodic Check on mandatory documents uploaded by Supplier during onboarding process
