About the role
The Project Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading and managing the electrical engineering team in a remote site operations environment, ensuring that all electrical design and construction activities are executed in accordance with project requirements, applicable codes, standards, and client specifications for the UAE projects.
What you'll do
- Lead and supervise the electrical engineering team to ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Review and verify electrical designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, and equipment schedules for compliance with project requirements, applicable standards
- Conduct technical reviews of power distribution systems, lighting systems, grounding and lightning protection systems, ELV interfaces, and other electrical infrastructure
- Evaluate and approve electrical shop drawings, material submittals, and vendor documentation to ensure compliance with approved designs and project specifications
- Review load calculations, voltage drop calculations, short-circuit studies, cable sizing calculations, and other engineering analyses
