About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join our India team. This role will support the delivery of strategic advisory and technical solutions for buildings, masterplans, mixed-use developments, and large-scale community projects.
What you'll do
- Work spans concept through stages of preconcept to detailed design and procurement, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients
- Deliver whole-building/asset LCAs and embodied carbon studies; model scenarios, benchmark options, and generate client-ready insight and visuals
- Manage LCA-focused sustainability projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Review necessary design drawings, materials requirement, specifications, and contractual sustainability documents of the project
- Prepare the necessary documentation required to maintain project sustainability KPIs
