About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead / Architect to join our team and work on a large-scale CRM transformation and migration program. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, solution architecture, CRM modernization, and migration from On-Premise environments to Dynamics 365 Online.

What you'll do

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution design and technical delivery
• Drive CRM migration projects from Dynamics CRM On-Premise (8.2/9.1) to Dynamics 365 Online
• Design and implement CRM customizations, workflows, business rules, and automation solutions
• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript-based CRM extensions
• Perform large-scale data migration planning and execution using industry best practices
