What you'll do
- Design, build, and validate Expected Credit Loss (ECL) models in line with IND-AS 109
- Develop PD, LGD, and EAD models using internal data and macroeconomic overlays
- Ensure periodic back-testing, model recalibration, and documentation
- Lead the development and annual review of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP)
- Identify material risks, conduct stress testing, and prepare ICAAP reports for board and regulatory submission
