About the role
The Assistant General Manager – Project Delivery is responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and organizational objectives. The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Project Planning and Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects from initiation and planning through execution, commissioning, handover, and closure
- Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery strategies in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Establish project plans, schedules, budgets, reporting structures, and performance management mechanisms
- Ensure that project activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, contractual obligations, organizational policies, and applicable standards
