Deputy General Manager – Project Management Office The Deputy General Manager – Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for supporting the strategic planning, governance, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of the organization’s project portfolio. The role provides leadership across project management standards, processes, reporting, resource coordination, risk management, and performance improvement.
What you'll do
- PMO Strategy and Governance
- Support the development and implementation of the organization’s PMO strategy, framework, policies, standards, and operating model
- Establish and maintain consistent project governance practices across departments and project teams
- Define project lifecycle requirements, stage-gate reviews, approval processes, escalation mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks
- Ensure that projects are aligned with business priorities, strategic objectives, expected benefits, and available organizational capacity
