About the role
Review SLDs, load schedules, calculations, layouts, equipment sizing and electrical specifications. Manage design development from IFC/GFC to Shop Drawings, As-Built and LOD 500. Review BIM models, shop drawings and ensure clash-free, constructible design. Coordinate with Client, Consultant, PMC, Vendors, Subcontractors and Site teams.
What you'll do
- Review SLDs, load schedules, calculations, layouts, equipment sizing and electrical specifications
- Manage design development from IFC/GFC to Shop Drawings, As-Built and LOD 500
- Review BIM models, shop drawings and ensure clash-free, constructible design
- Coordinate with Client, Consultant, PMC, Vendors, Subcontractors and Site teams
- Review TDS, vendor drawings, technical proposals, BOQ/MTO and design variations
