About the role
We are seeking an Engineer – Billing with 3–7 years of professional experience to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of billing-related systems and processes. The role will focus on ensuring accurate, reliable, and efficient billing operations through effective technical implementation, issue resolution, system integration, and continuous process improvement.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain billing-related applications, modules, and workflows
- Translate billing requirements and business processes into effective technical solutions
- Support the implementation of billing features, enhancements, pricing rules, invoicing workflows, and related system functionality
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve billing discrepancies, application defects, and production issues in a timely manner
- Analyze billing transactions and system outputs to identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
