About the role
Manage statutory compliance covering PF, ESI, CLRA, LWF, BOCW, ISMW, Bonus and other applicable labour laws. Monitor contractor/vendor compliance and verify statutory documents, challans, registers and returns. Conduct periodic site and compliance audits and ensure timely closure of observations. Track licences, registrations, renewals and statutory submissions.
What you'll do
