About the role
The Senior Engineer – Contracts & Commercials is responsible for managing and supporting the contractual, commercial, and engineering aspects of projects from tendering and contract award through execution and closeout.
What you'll do
- Review, interpret, and administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related commercial documents
- Ensure project activities comply with contractual requirements, specifications, approved terms, and applicable procedures
- Track key contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, notices, approvals, and submission deadlines
- Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, notices, acknowledgements, and formal communications
- Support the preparation, review, and negotiation of contract terms, amendments, extensions, and supplemental agreements
