About the role
The Executive – L&D Operations sits within LLTC and runs the day-to-day machinery behind the Yam-Niyam L&D processes – LMS/LXP administration, onboarding and learning-pathway coordination, training calendar and delivery logistics, certification and compliance tracking, and feedback/data reporting.
What you'll do
- Learning Operations & LMS/LXP Administration
- Administer the LMS/LXP: configure user roles, upload and tag approved content by competency/role, set access permissions, and maintain version control
- Support content migration, pilot testing, and end-user training during platform rollouts or upgrades
- Conduct periodic content repository audits, archive outdated material, and track content usage metrics
- Coordinate with IT on system issues and maintain day-to-day health of the content repository
