About the role
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of construction projects within the approved time, cost, quality, safety, and contractual requirements .
What you'll do
- Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement the overall project execution strategy and construction plan
- Prepare project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and execution methodologies
- Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project requirements
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and take corrective actions for delays
