About the role
The Senior Engineer – QA/QC is responsible for leading and managing quality assurance and quality control activities across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning operations. The role ensures that all project deliverables, materials, workmanship, processes, and documentation comply with approved specifications, drawings, applicable codes, contractual requirements, and organizational quality standards.
What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, procedures, checklists
- Ensure project activities are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, applicable codes, standards, and contractual requirements
- Establish quality objectives, inspection criteria, hold points, witness points, and acceptance standards for project activities
- Monitor the effectiveness of quality processes and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System
