About the role
The Manager – Testing & Commissioning is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and executing testing and commissioning activities across projects to ensure that systems, equipment, and installations are safe, compliant, reliable, and fully operational. The role requires close collaboration with project management, engineering, construction, quality, safety, vendors, subcontractors, and clients from the planning stage through final handover.
What you'll do
- Testing and Commissioning Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing and commissioning plans, procedures, schedules, and checklists
- Lead the commissioning lifecycle, including pre-commissioning, functional testing, performance testing, integrated systems testing, start-up, reliability runs
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, design documents, equipment data sheets, and vendor documentation to confirm commissioning requirements
- Ensure that equipment and systems are installed, inspected, tested, and ready for commissioning in accordance with approved standards
