About the role
We’re hiring a Community & Affiliate Manager to help us build a powerful creator community around Livaclean products. Grow and nurture a core group of 50 highly engaged affiliates inside our Discord community who feel connected to our brand, our story, and our team. You’ll help build the kind of community that top-performing TikTok brands.
What you'll do
- Community Building & Engagement (Primary Responsibility)
- Own and manage our Discord community, ensuring it is active, fun, and welcoming
- Build genuine 1:1 relationships with creatorslike a friendthrough stories, comments, DMs, and regular check-ins
- Encourage creators to join Discord through manual outreach, comments, and DMs
- Participate in all community calls (bi-weekly), providing support, energy, and a warm on-camera presence
