About the role
You'll manage Deftsoft's and in-house social media content end to end across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. This isn't just a scheduling or posting role. You'll be responsible for creating content ideas, writing scripts, appearing on camera, producing short-form content, and identifying what makes people stop scrolling.
What you'll do
- Plan, create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and target audiences
- Write scripts for promotional, educational, informational and meme-format content
- Feature on camera in reels, short-form videos and other video content
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
