What you'll do
- Maintain and drive strong Safety culture within the team and ensure Safe and Healthy work environment for all associates
- Drive strong 5S culture in the team and ensure that the Standards of Excellence is delivered
- Establish Daily, Weekly and Monthly Objectives for the team, communicate and drive accountable to the results
- People management- Supervision of his area lines to ensure the targets for Safety – Quality – Delivery – Cost
- Ensure Standard Operating procedures are followed by associates without any deviation to Standard processes
