About the role

Refine lead, contact, account, opportunity and campaign processes to improve alignment between Marketing and Commercial teams and support better commercial outcomes.

What you'll do

• Improve the quality, structure, governance and usability of client, account, contact, lead, opportunity and campaign data
• Translate marketing and commercial requirements into clear solution designs, data specifications and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate delivery with Aventra, CTIO and internal stakeholders, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, tested, documented and maintainable
• Lead business acceptance testing (UAT), release planning and stakeholder adoption for significant system enhancements and changes
