About the role
Level 3 will have all traits from Level 2 and, in addition, will have good understanding of Team application domain and technology used. Level 3 should be able to give effort estimates for simple changes. Promote application custodianship by participating in incident root-cause analysis and driving improvements in security, maintenance, and resilience.
What you'll do
- Participate in team meetings and input into project discussions
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand requirements, resolve defects, and support the smooth operation of deployed software
- Collaborate effectively, share information openly, role model Group Values to achieve shared goals
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about requirements, provide updates, encourage feedback on new technologies and methodologies
- Develop reliable and efficient software using approved technologies and standard practices, while following group policies and release guidelines
